The Opportunity
We are seeking an elite, industry-vetted Sales Consultant to help manage and grow our presence in the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix luxury markets. This is a highly consultative, technical sales role handling multimillion-dollar residential projects. You will serve as the point of contact from the initial architectural concept through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and protect high-value relationships with custom home builders, luxury architects, and premium design firms.
- Prepare takeoffs of complex architectural plan documents to create custom window and door proposals.
- Guide high-net-worth clients and design teams through luxury product selections and specifications in our showroom.
- Present detailed, highly accurate project proposals and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with our internal project management and engineering teams to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record in luxury architectural window and door sales or high-end residential building materials.
- Extensive architectural plan literacy with a clear understanding of custom residential construction and glazing systems.
- Well-honed presentation skills tailored to high-net-worth homeowners and top-tier design professionals.
