Myranda Fine Jewelry is seeking a driven, polished, and relationship-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Luxury Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for creating an elevated experience from the moment a client walks through our doors through every follow-up afterward.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Guide clients through fine jewelry purchases with confidence and expertise
- Learn each client’s style, needs, and occasion to provide personalized recommendations
- Manage the complete sales experience, including follow-up and clienteling
- Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional relationship management
- Work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Assist clients with engagement rings, fine jewelry, custom projects, and milestone purchases
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards
- Accurately process transactions and documentation
- Follow procedures for the secure handling of high-value merchandise
- Participate in store events, special appointments, and client outreach
- Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to delivering an outstanding luxury experience

- Proven success in sales, preferably in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end fashion, automotive, hospitality, or another relationship-driven sales environment
- Experience working with high-value purchases and discerning clientele
- A strong ability to build trust and develop repeat business
- Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- A professional, polished, and approachable presence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High standards of integrity, reliability, and discretion
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- The ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and select evenings or holidays
- Previous senior, lead, or high-performing sales experience preferred
Fine jewelry experience is a plus, but a passion for luxury, sales, and exceptional client service is just as important.
