We are seeking an experienced Project or Program Manager with demonstrated change management expertise to lead complex, cross functional transformation initiatives across Customer Services North America at Siemens Healthineers. This role is ideal for PMs who have built their careers delivering large initiatives and have invested in formal change management capability (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) to ensure adoption, behavior change, and sustained outcomes. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery—owning both the execution rigor of project/program management and the people side change strategy required to realize business value. This role is an opportunity to shape and deliver high visibility, enterprise level transformations with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a PM who is ready to expand their impact beyond delivery into true transformation leadership.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is
$128,490 - $176,671
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
- Lead large, complex initiatives across multiple functions, regions, and stakeholder groups, from initiation through sustained adoption.
- Establish and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and financials in alignment with enterprise PM standards.
- Partner closely with sponsors and senior leaders to drive clarity on outcomes, success measures, and decision rights.
- Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints across workstreams.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to inform targeted engagement, communications, and readiness activities.
- Develop and oversee integrated change plans, including leadership alignment, communications, training, and reinforcement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and project teams on managing resistance, sustaining momentum, and embedding change.
- Support organization-wide initiatives/programs to support broader management strategy such as change champion education and enablement
- Operate as a thought partner to business and functional leaders, balancing delivery discipline with organizational realities.
- Align project execution with broader transformation roadmaps and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with PMO, functional leaders, and external partners to ensure consistency, scalability, and reuse of best practices.
- Model a structured, outcome driven, and pragmatic approach to change and execution.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex, Cross functional initiatives.
- Formal change management training or certification, Such as:
- * Prosci (Practitioner or Advanced * CCMP * Kotter * ADKAR based or equivalent enterprise frameworks
- Demonstrated experience integrating change management into project delivery. Strong executivelevel communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives in service, operations, technology, or regulated environments.
- Background working within a PMO or large enterprise transformation portfolio.
- Experience partnering with external consulting or change management firms.
- Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models.
