• Employee will begin each day with a safety briefing and morning huddle that will review the challenges and goals for the day, and any specific information needed to succeed
• Employee will work on teams to process the Generator Major Component along the assembly process
• Your unique skills will be valued in our team, but you will learn additional skills needed to understand various configurations of Generator Major Component designs of both Siemens Energy OEM as well as other OEMS
