As an SAP FICO Business System Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a seasoned IT team dedicated to supporting the future of the energy market. Additionally, you will drive process standardization in the S/4 HANA project and oversee the migration from ECC6.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Collaborate with business representatives to develop innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage global demand, provide process consulting, and offer business support for ERP systems.
- Work with key business partners to develop requirements and functional specifications.
- Complete FICO configuration to define global standard processes in SAP and develop test cases and manage test activities.
- Lead IT projects for small to medium-sized initiatives and oversee IT providers for application maintenance and change requests.
- Collaborate with other application teams, Basis and Security teams, and the Service Desk team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in global governance, managing demand, and providing business support for IT-integrated processes in a multinational environment.
- 5 years of experience in setting up SAP configuration in the areas of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, COPA) and understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules and ability to manage small to medium-sized projects.
- Experience in managing external providers for ERP system changes and support and ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
