How You’ll Make An Impact
- Build and maintain financial and cost models for gas turbine service projects, supporting full lifecycle and commercial decision‑making.
- Conduct scenario, forecasting, and variance analyses to assess cost, schedule, and performance impacts of changing project conditions.
- Design and deliver enterprise‑level dashboards and reports that clearly communicate KPIs, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Support quarterly forecasting, inventory trend analysis, and year‑over‑year performance tracking for portfolio leadership.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve PMO tools, data workflows, and system functionality, including enhancements to eFMT.
- Leverage advanced analytics and emerging AI tools to improve reporting automation, insights, and decision support.
- Enable user adoption through training, documentation, and change management for PMO systems and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise data and analytics tools, including SAP, Tableau, SQL/Oracle databases, eFMT, and Alteryx.
- Solid understanding of project controls, financial modeling, and enterprise data structures.
- Proven ability to translate complex data and analyses into clear insights for senior leaders and large audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross‑functional and matrixed environments.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Orlando headquarters at least three days per week.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
