How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and organize the production schedule, budget, and resource allocation to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring adherence to health, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Implement Lean techniques and digitalization to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain efficient workflow.
- Connect with departments like engineering, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and maintain quality control standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field or 8-10 years of experience in production management, preferably for engineering to order products.
- Proven senior Lean experience with a track record of implementing lean methodologies to improve production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Solid understanding of the engineering and manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using the relevant software and tools for production planning and control.
- Certification in quality and safety management is a plus.
