How You'll Make An Impact
- Assemble and manufacture large power transformer components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Perform detailed measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure product excellence.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to support on-time delivery of critical customer projects.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Min 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, Logistics, operations, customer service, or another fast-paced environment required.
- Secondary degree or education preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring devices and industrial tools preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, constructions, warehouse or mechanical environments is advantageous.
- Experience with transformers, electrical equipment, power generation, heavy industrial manufacturing, or custom-built products strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without need for sponsorship
