How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring seamless transitions, continuous progress, and delivery from initiation through closure.
- Plan, schedule, and manage project scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with quality standards and strategic business objectives.
- Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Manage customer commercial relationships, ensuring contract adherence, clear communication, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving challenges to prevent delays, scope creep, and budget overruns.
- Guide cross-functional teams and vendor partners, fostering alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution across all project phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, including managing large, complex projects.
- Prior experience in the energy, power generation, or industrial services industry is strongly preferred.
- This role requires 40% travel
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
