How You’ll Make An Impact
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa processing.
- Act as a professional gatekeeper, screening and directing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate parties.
- Prepare and process expense reports for the leadership team in a timely manner
- Manage complex and dynamic calendar for multiple managers
- Plan and execute the logistics for leadership meetings, team workshops, and customer events, including agenda preparation, venue booking and catering.
- Onboard new members o the team by coordinating necessary resources and introductions
- High School diploma or preferably a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant and can demonstrate how you have succeeded in the role.
- Proven experience working within a large, global, and matrixed organization is highly desirable.
- Office procedures, report writing, project coordination and event planning are some of the skillsets desired.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
