Key Responsibilities:
- Action Items & Deliverables Management for Key Initiatives:
- Monitor and follow up on critical action items and deliverables for high-priority projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of critical projects (e.g., Open Source Software (OSS) tracking) and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership and teams, streamlining communication and project management.
- Virtual/Live Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and organize virtual and live training sessions across global teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-geography meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives, facilitating seamless execution and communication.
- Manage access controls for training materials, knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, and domain knowledge repositories.
- PowerPoint and content presentation
- Develop executive-level presentations and visual storytelling to effectively communicate technical strategies, program status, and key insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in program or project management roles, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders across global teams.
- Strong skills in data tracking, analysis, and reporting, with experience in creating dashboards and visualizing progress.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with training coordination and knowledge management is a plus.
- Proficiency with program management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
