We are seeking a Product Manager to evolve HPCWorks as next-generation workloads integrate AI and quantum computing . You will define strategy and execution — bringing innovation to hybrid compute environments that blend classical and quantum capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for HPCWorks, including AI-driven and quantum-hybrid capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, customer success, and sales to deliver scalable HPC features aligned to customer needs.
Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.
Lead go-to-market alignment — positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.
Represent the product externally with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at conferences.
Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of Product Management experience in HPC, cloud infrastructure, advanced compute platforms, or distributed systems.
Strong understanding of HPC architectures (CPU/GPU), workload scheduling, and hybrid deployments.
Exposure to AI/ML workflows and scalable compute orchestration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Passion for emerging compute technologies such as quantum-assisted HPC and automation innovation.
