Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple global teams with leaders based in the US.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and provide comprehensive scheduling support.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including itinerary planning, bookings, and timely processing of expense reports.
- Support the seamless execution of on-site meetings in Milford, OH, as well as customer and employee events, including BETA programs and visits from senior leadership.
- Facilitate procurement processes by assisting teams with purchase order requests, licensing requests, and other essential supply chain needs.
- Manage Workday requests, including processing time off approvals, job requisitions, and various workflow approvals.
- Act as a key liaison within the administrative team, collaborating effectively with LCS & PLM Executive Assistants and the global administrative network.
- Oversee office equipment and supply management, ensuring teams have the necessary resources to perform their best.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support, preferably within a fast-paced technology or software development organization.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP, Concur, and Workday is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to meticulously follow up and track tasks to completion.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of an organization and external partners.
- Demonstrated positive team collaboration approach, eager to contribute to a supportive and productive work environment.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, adept at juggling multiple demands and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to anticipate needs and implement effective solutions.
