Litigation Construction Attorney

Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Construction Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a well-established firm. All submissions will be handled confidentially.  

Responsibilities:

·        Ability to review and analyze cases effectively

·        Draft and edit pleadings

·        Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court

·        Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively

·        Build trusting relationships with clients

·        Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently

Qualifications:

·        JD from an accredited law school

·        Admission to the FL State Bar

·        3-5 years of litigation experience

·        Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Excellent organizational skills, have attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

·        Be proactive and a self-starter

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Must be an excellent team player and personable

·        Strong academic credentials
