Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney, based in Coral Gables, FL, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of complex litigation, including drafting motions, managing cases, appearing in court, participating in trials, and conducting depositions. This role also involves closely collaborating with clients, mediators, and other legal professionals to represent clients effectively and uphold the firm's standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in drafting and responding to Motions in a litigation context
- Knowledge and familiarity with Courts procedures and protocols
- Proven experience with Trials and Depositions, ensuring strong litigation capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current active membership in the Florida Bar
- Experience in complex litigation, creditors' rights, or construction law is a plus
