Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a well-established firm. All submissions will be handled confidentially. Responsibilities: Ability to review and analyze cases effectivelyDraft and edit pleadingsAttend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal courtManage cases and meet client expectations effectivelyBuild trusting relationships with clientsMeet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficientlyQualifications:JD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the FL State Bar3-5 years of litigation experienceDemonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, have attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyBe proactive and a self-starterAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be an excellent team player and personableStrong academic credentialsThe firm offers a full benefits package and competitive salary.
