In 2018, we leveled up—relocating to a stunning 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center with seating for 200 and a full bar. • Head Chef Extraordinaire: Show your team how it’s done by demonstrating prep and plating techniques that’ll have customers coming back for more!

• Inventory Guru: You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh ingredients and all the essentials.

• Cleanliness Pro: Maintain top-notch health and sanitation standards so the kitchen sparkles as much as the food!

What You’ll Bring to the Table 

• At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
• A love for working nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the magic happens!
• Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to get them).
• The ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking to your team or management.
