Key Responsibilities:
Participant Support & Education:
- Provide frontline support to stock plan participants via phone, email, and chat
- Educate participants on various types of equity awards (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, etc.)
- Assist with account setup, online access, and plan documentation
- Guide participants through the use of the trading platform and assist with transactions such as exercises and sales
- Collaborate with brokerage partners to resolve trade-related inquiries or issues
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all participant transactions and reports
- Maintain clear and detailed records of participant interactions
- Identify recurring questions and contribute to improved FAQs and knowledge resources
- Suggest process improvements that enhance the participant experience
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Strong understanding of equity compensation plans and brokerage operations
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
