Position Overview:
We’re looking for a New Accounts Manager to join our Nashville office. This is a full-time, in-office position (no remote work). Key Responsibilities:
- Open a variety of brokerage accounts (individual, joint, retirement, trust, business, etc.)
- Process and review account paperwork (physical and online) for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with clients regarding account status, required documentation, and onboarding questions
- Enter and manage client data in Siebert systems and custodial platforms
- Coordinate with Wealth Management and Compliance teams to ensure efficient processing
- Support digital onboarding tools, troubleshoot login issues, and assist with document uploads
- Learn and follow regulatory guidelines and firm procedures related to new accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
- Interest in brokerage services and client experience
- Must be available to work on-site in our Nashville office, Monday–Friday
