Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through multiple outbound channels
Cold Calling Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and build strong sales pipelines
Appointment Setting Schedule qualified meetings/demos with decision-makers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
Pipeline Development Build and manage prospect databases, CRM updates, and follow-up sequences
Market Research Identify target accounts, industry trends, and new opportunities in IT/AI space
Collaboration Work closely with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth
Required Skills
8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales Development / Lead Generation
Strong experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Staffing, or Technology Solutions
Experience selling or supporting AI/ML, Automation, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services is highly preferred
Proven expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment fixing
Experience engaging with IT Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
Preferred
Experience in US market business development
Existing network within IT decision-makers is a plus
