Compensation: $20.25 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions
- Provide leadership and operational support by coordinating daily EVS activities, guiding and training EVS and Laundry Technicians, assisting shift supervisors, and promoting a positive, customer-focused team culture.
- Ensure regulatory and quality standards by conducting inspections, monitoring adherence to infection prevention practices and hospital policies, and collaborating with other departments to address cleaning and service needs promptly.
- Support performance and accountability by documenting and reporting staff attendance, performance concerns, and operational issues to the EVS Director while reinforcing safety, quality, and service expectations.
