PRODUCTION MANAGER
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Oversee the production operations on a day-to-day basis, guaranteeing smooth and efficient production process implementation, optimizing productivity and minimizing the costs. The ultimate goal is to execute production deliverables of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
YOUR SCOPE
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees and ensure the safe use of equipment, as well as the regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Drive quality control initiatives and ensure delivery.
- Working with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise.
- Confirmed Experience in Blowing, Packaging and Tooling Portfolio.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as packaging and mold assembly dwg.
- Good Manufacturing Practices for machining industry.
- Overall knowledge for machining and parts manufacturing technologies.
- Quality control requirements knowledge / Laboratory standards, regulations & policy knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
