Speechcenter, A Sidekick Company, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist. This position can be full-time or part-time for CCC-SLPs.

Day To Day
Speech-Language Therapy is provided to children and adults in a residential setting to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders for children and adults living at Horizons. Additionally, the SLP will provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders and support more global communication efforts. Day to day includes but is not limited to evaluations, documentation, AAC programming and devices, meetings and staff trainings on how to use client devices. Additional documentation and organization to ensure that the client folders are current and updated.

Requirements
- CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and hold North Carolina licensure.
- All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- AAC experience, swallowing/feeding experiences, great documentation skills, good training/communication skills for training other adults
