We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond! Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for CCC-SLPs.

Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice serving over 5,000 children weekly across 30 school districts in Tennessee and North Carolina, as well as in our outpatient clinics and via teletherapy. Our unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy—without the administrative burden of IEP meetings.

Requirements

• CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
