Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Site Manager at Side Project Pizza. We are looking to hire a Manager for Side Project Pizza located in Maplewood, MO. Side Project Managers are wired for hospitality! We're in the people business and, our most successful Managers are passionate about connecting with Team Members and Guests.The On-Site Manager will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations, managing the FOH team, collaborating on profit-building initiatives and events, updating menus, and overseeing project management tasks at Side Project Pizza.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in restaurant/retail supervision, preferably as a team lead or in a similar role.
Availability: Able to work late mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervising staff, including making sure they are up to date on new beer and menu items.
Customer Service:
Ensuring a positive dining experience for guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
Operations:
Assisting with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, and inventory control.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
