Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pest and wildlife inspections for residential and commercial properties
• Implement effective pest management solutions, including trapping, baiting, monitoring and exclusion techniques
• Provide humane wildlife removal while following all local and state regulations
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and suggest additional services when needed
• Safely handle and apply pesticides, rodenticides, and other treatments following all safety regulations
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each job
• Use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment
• Participate in paid training and mentorship programs to enhance skills

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control or wildlife removal a must!
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess and resolve pest and wildlife issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to follow all OSHA and safety protocols
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and work in small spaces like roofs, attics and crawl spaces
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and your own auto
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control or wildlife management licenses (we cover testing fees)
