Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food orders efficiently from the kitchen to guests’ tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Keep the dining space tidy by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices
• Support food safety and handling procedures in accordance with health regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow
• Maintain a positive attitude while providing in-person customer service that enhances guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and basic food preparation is advantageous
• Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is beneficial but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
