Classification: Hourly/Non – Exempt

Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information on different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.

· Educate customers on different strains, product, and consumption methods.

· Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs and preferences.

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

· Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

· Adhere to all regulations and policies.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in sales

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Must be 21 years or older (as required by law)

· Current MED badge

· Excellent mathematical, language, and reasoning skills

· Excellent critical thinking skills.

· Ability to manage a team in a challenging environment in accordance with company standards.

· Reliable Transportation

· Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Experience:

· Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licenses:

· Tribal MMJ employee Badge (must be able to obtain a badge prior to beginning employment)

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
