This is a hands-on, high-skill role inside a growing operation in Naperville.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform mold setups, changeovers, and startups
- Troubleshoot defects (short shots, flash, warpage, etc.)
- Adjust and optimize process parameters
- Work with robots (Wittmann) and automation
