At Foreman Tool and Mold, your afternoon begins on a spotless, safety-focused floor where thermoplastics become high-quality parts for the automotive sector and switch components. As an experienced Process Technician or Set Up Technician, you’ll own mold changeovers, stabilize processes, fine-tune parameters, and program robots to ensure reliable start-ups and repeatable cycles.
What your shift looks like
- Arrive ready to run Monday–Friday; 2nd shift is 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm. (We’re hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift, with immediate openings on 2nd.)
- Set molds, verify connections, and bring tools online for first-shot approval.
- Dial-in processing conditions and complete robot programming and start-ups.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to protect quality and uptime.
- Read and interpret blueprints to confirm part specs and tooling requirements.
What you bring
- Reliability and a track record of safe, consistent performance.
- Prior injection molding experience (required).
- Mechanical troubleshooting strength and blueprint literacy.

- Primary equipment: Injection Molding Machine.
- Parts produced: primarily automotive and switch components.
Compensation & benefits
- Pay: $28–$34 per hour, based on experience.
