Lead Guidewire Claim Center Integration Developer

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- experience hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.
- Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.
- Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
- Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
- Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred). Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
- Strong experience with batch processing, messaging, event-driven integrations, and migration utilities. Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.
- Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience
