Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role is central to the financial health of the organization and requires a strong technical accounting foundation paired with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Controller will lead the accounting function, own the monthly close, oversee financial systems, and partner closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams.

This is an opportunity for an accounting leader who thrives in a lean, dynamic startup environment and is motivated by mission-driven work.

  • Manage banking relationships and ensure proper controls over financial transactions.

FP&A Partnership:

  • Lead and support annual budgeting, re-forecasting, long-range planning, and cash modeling efforts.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams to assess customer profitability, pricing models, revenue projections, and margin analysis.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, ROI assessments, and financial modeling to inform strategic planning and investments.
