This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll partner with agency owners to drive growth, strengthen carrier relationships, and maximize performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to recruit new agency partners while supporting existing members with tools, insights, and strategic guidance to grow their business.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and onboard high-quality independent agency partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies
- Partner with carriers to secure appointments and develop opportunities
- Analyze agency performance and identify growth strategies
- Guide agencies in consolidating business and maximizing partnerships
- Conduct regular meetings, visits, and strategy sessions with members
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between agencies, leadership, and carrier partners
- Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry functions
- Four years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination or education and experience
- Active Property and Casualty license, or willingness to become licensed
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
