Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will provide support for the Account Manager on different aspects of the insurance lifecycle. Must be able to efficiently move between tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy within the data entry and other duties as assigned by senior staff.

Responsibilities:
- Process Support/Renewals on the same day received and follow workflow procedure for client experience.
- Setup accounts in Applied Epic.
- Contact clients for updates including certificate holder, driver list and vehicle list.
- Responsible for accuracy of policy data in Applied Epic and updating information as needed.
- Back up Account Manager and Account Executive for customer service in handling mail, certificates, and incoming calls.
- Assist team in pulling data from carrier websites and processing.
- Responsible for pulling and reviewing reports (list specific reports).
- Process cancellations lost policy releases and reinstatements per workflow procedure.
- Assist the team in entering schedules of Auto, Equipment, Property, and Driver listing for new business in Applied Epic to include pulling together policies from websites and attaching in Applied Epic and pulling MVR if needed on new drivers’ listings.
- Prepare and distribute policies to clients.
- Prepare the initial policy checklist for new business policies as it pertains to auto schedules, equipment, and property schedules.
- Ensure that all renewal certificates, EOP’s, and Auto ID cards are issued as a back up to Certificate Administrator.
- Collaborate with Account Manager on identifying updated exposures for renewals applicable to the application and update in system.
- Assist with claims reporting.
- Monitor claims progress and communicate progress to Account Manager.
- Assist client when needed to report claims to carriers and follow up as directed.
- Current NC Property & Casualty license or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- High School Diploma.
- One year Insurance agency experience, preferred.
