This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Philadelphia, PA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level executive support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling administrative tasks. - Comprehensive experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and preparing accurate and timely Expense Reports

- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
