What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Shuyi Grass Jelly & Tea?
We are looking for someone who can work flexible during the weekday, working 2 or more morning shifts and 1 or more closing shifts, prefer full time but part time also works!
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet customers and take drink orders.
- Execute Deployment guidelines to prepare beverages as necessary to complete orders.
- Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Customer Service: Make sure customers are satisfied with drink products and can provide friendly service.
- Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop and complete daily cleaning duties.
- Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail.
- Can stand for long periods.
- Control Food Cost and record any food waste.
- Maintain food safety and freshness at all times.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
Job Requirements:
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends， and/or holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverage products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork
- Have working experience in a milk tea shop
- Mandarin Speaking preferred
