Position Description
Shutts & Bowen’s Sarasota office is seeking a Senior Associate for its Private Client Services Practice. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is required. Board Certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates is preferred. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
