Position Description
Shutts & Bowen is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. The candidate must have top academic credentials, strong comprehensive legal research and analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in participating in oral arguments and hearings, conducting legal research and analysis for appellate cases, drafting persuasive briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Federal Clerkship experience is highly preferred.
