The Litigation Support Analyst supports the firm’s eDiscovery and litigation technology operations across all offices. This role assists with day-to-day eDiscovery workflows in RelativityOne, provides technical and operational support to litigation teams, prepares case materials, and delivers hands-on assistance during hearings, arbitrations, and trials. The position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to support multiple active matters in a fast-paced litigation environment. This is a non-exempt, in-office position.

- Support all phases of the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection coordination, processing, analytics, review support, and production preparation.
- Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, metadata validation, searches, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain matter workspaces, user permissions, and case-specific configurations under the direction of senior staff.
- Ensure workflows follow firm standards, ESI protocols, and protective orders.
- Assist with AI-enabled workflows in Relativity aiR, including AI-assisted review, summarization, and issue identification.
- Prepare datasets, validate outputs, and escalate anomalies or risks to senior litigation support personnel.
- Follow firm guidelines for secure and compliant use of AI tools.
- Prepare production sets, including formatting, redactions, privilege checks, and quality control.
- Track deadlines, production logs, and delivery confirmations.
- Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them promptly to the Manager of eDiscovery.
- Prepare exhibits, witness binders, deposition materials, and demonstratives.
- Assist with organizing case files, labeling documents, and maintaining version control.
- Support attorneys with data pulls, document searches, file conversions, and exhibit preparation.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, digital evidence, and presentation materials.
- Set up and test courtroom technology such as monitors, projectors, audio systems, and trial presentation software.
- Operate trial presentation tools (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits and/or Adobe Pro, etc.) during hearings, arbitrations, and trials under attorney direction.
- Provide on-site or remote trial support, including managing exhibits, coordinating real-time transcripts, and resolving technical issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, chain-of-custody records, and internal logs.
- Follow established workflows, procedures, and best practices for litigation support.
- Collaborate with Manager of eDiscovery and legal teams to ensure smooth coordination across matters.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
- 2-3 years of experience with Relativity, RelativityOne, or comparable platforms is a plus.
- Relativity certifications (e.g., RelativityOne Review Pro, RelativityOne User) are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RelativityOne in active litigation matters.
- Familiarity with analytics-driven review strategies such as TAR, email threading, and clustering is a plus.
- Experience with trial presentation and exhibit software (TrialDirector, OnCue, Final Exhibits and/or Adobe Pro, etc.) is desired.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted review workflows, including Relativity aiR.
- Familiarity with using Progress ShareFile.
- Strong understanding of litigation discovery processes and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak litigation periods, including trial.
- Ability to travel to court as needed for trial support.
- Flexibility to support time-sensitive litigation deadlines, including trial schedules.
- Experience supporting complex or expedited litigation matters is desired.
- Occasional travel between offices may be required.
- In-office role required in Orlando, Florida.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
