Position Description
Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office is seeking an associate with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our Corporate Practice Group. This position will entail working closely with partners whose practices include advising publicly and privately-held entities in connection with domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, private placements, and other general corporate matters. Qualified candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines. While not required, experience at a leading national or international law firm would be a plus.
