A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Private Funds Practice in Tampa. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated investment management and private funds matters within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support private funds and investment management matters
- Draft and review corporate and transactional documents
- Assist with fund formation, governance, and related corporate matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across complex transactions and client engagements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience
- Experience in investment management or private funds work preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials, including graduation in the top 10% of class from a nationally recognized law school
- Admission to The Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission in the near future, required
