Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for members and guests. This role combines administrative support, member service, and light financial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to member inquiries professionally.
- Take reservations for dining, events, and club facilities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with light accounts payable and financial tasks.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting and sending member communications.
- Provide general administrative support to club management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with reservation or club management software a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a country club, hospitality, or customer service setting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic bookkeeping.
