The Senior Data & Operational Performance Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for advancing enterprise operational performance through data, automation, and process transformation. This role combines deep analytical expertise with hands-on execution to design scalable performance frameworks, modernize workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Leveraging extensive experience in KPI architecture, automation, and cross-functional process optimization, this individual partners with business and technology leaders to translate complex operational challenges into data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Automation Strategy & Intelligent Process Transformation
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with AI to modernize business operations.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation initiatives that reduce manual dependencies and improve workflow reliability.
- Co-lead enterprise automation programs with functional leaders, ensuring alignment with operational goals and measurable performance improvements.
- Design and implement enterprise KPI frameworks, performance governance models, and reporting architecture to drive accountability and decision discipline.
- Analyze complex operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, eliminate redundancies, and improve throughput and execution consistency.
- Lead end-to-end business process redesign initiatives, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and service performance.
- Develop scalable data models, automated reporting pipelines, and performance dashboards to enhance visibility into operational performance.
- Utilize SQL, BI tools, and modern data platforms to transform raw data into actionable insights supporting executive decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and standardization across reporting environments.
- Partner with IT to own the business-side strategy, prioritization, and execution of key technology initiatives, including:
- Microsoft Fabric data lake and enterprise data architecture
- Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation solutions
- AI-driven tools and intelligent automation implementations
- Salesforce enhancements to optimize productivity, data governance, and revenue operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful adoption across teams.
- Lead enterprise awareness and capability-building initiatives to drive adoption of automation, AI, and data-driven decision making.
- Establish best practices, governance standards, and training programs to enable sustainable process improvement.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of new technologies and workflows.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Technology teams to align performance metrics, workflows, and strategic priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, audit controls, and risk assessment processes to ensure operational reliability and compliance.
- Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to improve performance, reduce risk, and support strategic initiatives.
