Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for showcasing our capabilities to both prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced team while helping drive business growth through strategic marketing and relationship management.
Position Summary:
The Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing corporate sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with existing customers and attracting new business across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and enhance the existing CRM platform (Zoho) to ensure consistent and effective marketing messaging to all customers.
· Manage all SLC social media channels to ensure there is a consistent, cohesive and professional brand image.
· Develop marketing content including blog, project case studies, customer testimonials, etc.
· Create and manage marketing material, such as presentations, brochures, newsletters and promotional items to support new business sales opportunities.
· Support recruiting efforts through career events, job fairs, trade school presentations, etc.
· Assist in completing customer prequalification requests and compliance platform updates.
· Represent ShureLine Construction at trade association meetings, industry events, and business networking functions.
· Actively engage and entertain existing customers and potential customers.
· Support business planning efforts for expansion into new markets, geographies and service offerings.
· Track and report on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) in Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a successful and proven track record in Business-to-Business environments
· Proficiency with CRM systems and social media platforms and tools
· Experience in working with general contractors, marketing professionals and industrial project managers.
· Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
· Able to work with executive-level management to achieve objectives.
· Knowledge of industrial construction practices and safety standards.
