About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically skilled Machine Technican to join our modern oral care manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a modern machinery equipment.
You’ll be responsible not only for running production but also for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and keeping detailed records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the fully integrated molding, assembly, and packaging machine.
- Diagnose machine issues including misalignment, part jams, and improper processing of components.
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs, such as replacing small parts and cleaning internal components.
- Inspect and troubleshoot product defects, assembly issues, or handle molding inconsistencies.
- Ensure product quality by monitoring output and verifying alignment and functionality of each processed unit.
- Document machine settings, adjustments, repairs, and incidents accurately using digital or paper logs.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, particularly plastics injection molding.
- Experience with hand tools, materials handling, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adhere to safety protocols i GMP environment.
