Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in mechanical, Trouble shooting, and engineering standards, contributing to the advancement of our engineering product development initiatives. You will be responsible for providing technical support and mechanical support to our team to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our machines. Our goal is to improve any issues in our product and process to increase Reliability.
*MUST: Hands-on mindset with willingness to work directly on the manufacturing floor
Duties
- Read and understand engineering drawings and documentation.
- Primary job responsibilities to return malfunctioning machines to service and identify and implement process improvements.
- Support Manufacturing by developing assembly methods, work instructions, and production improvements
Experience
- 5 plus years of mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on mechanical development.
- Strong background in mechanical knowledge including tolerance analysis, mechanical detail drawings, schematics, and system design.
- hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
- common automation motion systems (balls crews, linear guides, limit switches)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink for automation and control system integration.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis using systematic problem-solving methodologies; ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise toward impactful projects in a forward-thinking organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
