Key Responsibilities:

Greet all visitors and customers in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

Process customer payments accurately (service invoices, parts purchases, etc.)

Issue receipts, handle cash, credit card, and check transactions

Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift

Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling

Support various departments with administrative assistance as requested

Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
