Shults Ford Lincoln Wexford is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping support a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
As the face of our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while assisting with administrative and clerical functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take payment from customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and assist with coordinating customer visits
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office organization
- Support basic bookkeeping and administrative functions
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception and waiting areas to ensure a professional appearance
- Assist dealership departments with clerical projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
