Senior level resource with an applications engineering background developing micro services who also has at least 5 years of AWS experience (strong public cloud) in addition to PNC policy experience (Guidewire domain experience is a major win). They must have an architectural mindset and be able to drive application solutions and bring different perspectives to the teams and be hands on technical with the applications. They will be helping to build out a good application ecosystem in support of policy.

- Architecting and Designing PNC Policy specific solutions to support the Policy Modernization strategy.
- Producing repeatable and resilient reference architecture aligned to our Public Cloud strategy.
- Execute Permit to Build process for PNC Policy projects/initiatives.
- Execute Permit to Build process for PNC Policy projects/initiatives that ensure resilient solutions are transitioned to production and ensure that only defect-free are approved for production
- Identify opportunities to automate and introduce AI solutions as part of the Policy Modernization strategy.
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices for developing Policy solutions in a diverse, Platform/Public Cloud ecosystem.
- Ensure that all P&C Policy blueprints, HLDs, LLDs cover application, data and infrastructure architecture/design components aligned with peer SEP Solution Engineers in respective Data/Infrastructure domains.
