Required Qualifications
Education
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 6–10 years of overall IT experience
- 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce Data Cloud experience
- Proven delivery experience in Banking / Financial Services environments
- Hands‑on Developer or Lead role experience (not purely architecture)
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Data Cloud: Ingestion, DMOs, Transformations, Identity Resolution
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data models and integrations
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills
- REST APIs, MuleSoft, or equivalent integration platforms
Domain Knowledge
- Banking customer data, account structures, consent, compliance, and privacy requirements
- Experience handling PII and financial data in regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience activating Data Cloud audiences to Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to Customer 360 and analytics use cases
- Salesforce Certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Architect
- Salesforce Data Architect
